Meet Maria Paula

Petoria was never just a business idea it was a calling. Maria Paula Vivancos Carmona grew up with animals always by her side. Long before there was a shop on Queen Street, there was a deep, unshakeable belief: that every pet deserves the very best, and every pet owner deserves to be guided, not sold to.

After years of frustration at the lack of truly curated, trustworthy pet supplies in the UK market, Maria Paula decided to do something about it. She didn't want to build a warehouse she wanted to build a home for pets and their people.

And so, Petoria was born. First as a dream. Then as a small, beautiful shop in the heart of historic York. And now, a brand that pet owners across the United Kingdom trust.
